Dark, aromatic honey from sage flowers that grow on the stony ground above our olive grove. It is thick, slightly bitter and excellent with cheese, tea or pancakes.

Origin: Southern slopes of the island of Brač
Extraction: May and June
Storage: At room temperature, away from light

Honey crystallises over time. That is a sign of natural honey: put the jar in warm water and it will turn liquid again.
