Domain
The address of your website, for example yourbusiness.hr. It is paid once a year and should be registered in your name, so it stays yours even if you change the person who builds your website. More about domains
Hosting
A computer on the internet where your website lives around the clock. If the domain is the address, hosting is the plot of land the house stands on. More about hosting
SSL certificate
The https:// at the start of the address (in most browsers with a padlock too). It means the connection is secure and the browser doesn’t show visitors a warning. More about the SSL certificate

Hi, I’m Rafael.
I’m the one behind Atria. When you get in touch, you talk directly to me: the person who will design and build your website and look after it after launch.
I work from Zagreb, and I build websites for companies and sole traders from all over Croatia and abroad. You don’t have to come anywhere: we arrange everything by phone, message or e-mail.
I most like working with small business owners: people who are excellent at what they do but have no time for technology. You don’t need to know what hosting, DNS or SEO are. I explain what matters in simple words, and I sort out the rest.

How long does it take to build a website?
A simple website is usually ready in 7 to 10 days, and a website with several subpages in 2 to 3 weeks. An online shop takes longer and depends on the number of products. The exact deadline is always in the quote.
Do I need to already have a domain and hosting?
No, you don’t. I’ll help you choose and register a domain, for example yourbusiness.hr, and set up hosting. If you already have them, I set the website up on what you have.
Do you also maintain websites you didn’t build?
Yes. First I review the website for free and tell you what state it is in and what should be fixed. After that you can move it to one of the maintenance packages.
Can I change the text and images myself?
You can. With the Business and Online shop packages you get a simple editing interface and a short training. If you’d rather not, tell me what needs to change and I’ll do it.
How does payment work?
For a build, 50% is paid up front and the rest when the website is finished and online. You get the payment instructions by e-mail and pay by bank transfer. Maintenance is paid once a month.
How do I cancel maintenance?
Send me an e-mail. Maintenance ends at the end of the current month, with no contract and no extra costs. The website and the domain stay yours, and I hand over all access details.
What if I don’t like the design?
Before the build you get a proposal for how the website will look, and we change it together until it is right. The website goes online only when you approve it.
