From the first message to a finished website

Steps

The whole way from the first message to a published website. At every point you know what is happening and what comes next.

1. Get in touch

   Send a request through the form, by e-mail, by phone or on WhatsApp. It is enough to write what you do and what you would like. If you don’t know which package you need, choose “Not sure yet, I need advice” in the form.

   Reply within one working day

2. Getting to know each other

   A short call or a coffee. I find out what you do, who your customers are and what the website needs to achieve.

   About 30 minutes

3. Quote and proposal

   You get a written quote with the price and the deadline. Once we agree, I send the first proposal for how the website will look.

   2–3 days

4. Build

   I build the website and send you a link to review it. We make changes until you are happy.

   1–6 weeks, depending on the package

5. Launch

   The website goes online only when you approve it. I show you how to edit it, and if you like, I keep taking care of it through maintenance.

What to prepare

You don’t need to have everything at the start. The more of this you have, the faster the build goes.

• Your logo, ideally in a higher resolution or as a vector file (SVG, PDF or AI).
• Texts: what you do, your services or products and a few sentences about you.
• Photos of your premises, products, team or work. Phone photos are perfectly fine if they are sharp and bright.
• Prices and opening hours, if you want to show them on the website.
• Contact details: phone, e-mail, address and social networks.
• Two or three websites you like and why. That makes it easier to hit the right style.
• Access to your domain and hosting, if you already have them.

No logo or photos? Tell me and we will find a solution together, for example good free photos.

How payment works

• Build: 50% up front, and the rest when the website is finished and online.
• Maintenance: once a month.
• Changes without a package: 25 € / hour.
• Domain and hosting are not included in the build price. I help you choose and set them up.

You get the payment instructions by e-mail and pay by bank transfer. The exact amount and deadline are always in the quote, before you pay anything.

Maintenance subscription

The Basic package costs 29 € a month, and the Plus package 59 € a month. Maintenance has no contract.

1. You choose a package and send a subscription request.
2. I reply within one working day and we look at your website together.
3. You get the payment instructions. Maintenance is paid monthly.
4. You can cancel any time with one e-mail, and maintenance ends at the end of the month.

How to cancel maintenance

Send me an e-mail at rafael@atria-web.com. Maintenance ends at the end of the current month, with no contract and no extra costs.

The website and the domain stay yours. I hand over all access details, so you can keep maintaining the website yourself or with someone else.
